Fractional Consultancy regularly works with multi-disciplinary teams to add value to the project framework and masterplanning process for fractional initiatives. In particular we advise on the role that the fractional marketplace can play in attracting sales and enquiries, creating a unique 'sense of place' and branding a differentiated offer to the market. We also examine the potential of the fractional economy to add value to the initiative / development in terms of footfall, spend and growth on profit.
In many cases Fractional Consultancy takes the lead consultant role, pulling together and managing multi-disciplinary teams on behalf of clients. In other cases we bring our specific skills and expertise to a team led by others.
