Pezula & Castello di Casole Awarded Gold at Homes Overseas Awards

Pezula, the South African developer were the proud Gold winners of the Fractional Life sponsored 'best fractional ownership development' at the prestigious Homes Overseas Awards 2008 ceremony 28th November, held at The Grosvenor House, Mayfair, London for the second year running.

Chairman of the Pezula Group, Keith Stewart, said that these awards stand out from others in the industry because the judges assess the shortlisted properties first-hand and judge each one on its own merits.

Timbers Resorts' first European development, stole the show and was awarded 3 Gold Awards for the 'Best Development in Italy', 'Best Renovation' and 'Best Luxury Development'. Timbers Resorts was also awarded the most prestigious accolade of the night, the Homes Overseas 'Developer of the Year' Award.
