International Fractional Consultants
Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking to expand our Fractional Team at a number of different levels within the Property, Aviation, Motoring and Marine Sectors. We are interested in hearing from experienced individuals and small professional teams keen to be part of our rapid expansion in this growing sector.
Our Fractional Property Team works closely with investors and developers. We advise clients at every stage of fractional resort development, from concept and strategy, through development planning to delivery and operation. We are seeking to expand our team both in the UK and internationally.
New senior team members will have international experience in the fractional resorts and property sectors. Operational management experience would also be an advantage and a network of international contacts in these sectors is expected.
Senior team members will have considerable experience in the consulting environment and be of graduate calibre. They will be used to working under pressure to deliver strategic advice to clients at Board level and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Team members will be responsible for building and managing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
All team members will be adaptable and analytical, willing to travel and keen to take on responsibility. They will, of course, have excellent verbal and written communication abilities and project management, teamwork and autonomy are essential skills.

Working internationally, our Property Team works closely with investors and developers. We advise clients at every stage of fractional property development, from concept and strategy, through development planning to delivery and operation. We are seeking to expand our team both in the UK and internationally.
New senior team members will have international experience in the hospitality or property sectors. Operational management experience and European foreign language skills would also be an advantage and a network of international contacts in these sectors is expected.
Senior team members will have considerable experience in the consulting environment and be of graduate calibre. They will be used to working under pressure to deliver strategic advice to clients at Board level and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Team members will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, colleagues and contractors.
